Routine infrastructure upgrade. TARGIT services will be unavailable during this period.
Following todays outage in EMEA, we need to switch back from backup to normal operational state. Therefor small disruptions may occur in this window.
All EMEA customers have been moved to backup cluster. All TARGIT services are therefore available again. Customers using the Gateway may experience up to 1 hour delay for it to reconnect. We are closely monitoring the situation.
Backup cluster is now online. All EMEA customers will be moved to backup cluster in the next few hours.
Issue has been identified. Recovery processes have been started.
All TARGIT services are down in EMEA. US is not affected.
TARGIT fully operational again.
Microsoft reports all issues with their internal networking resolved
We've implemented a temporary mitigation of the issue Azure is facing If you, in the TARGIT Control Panel stop, wait a bit, and start your TARGIT server, it should work. Due to the nature of the implementation, downloading the new TARGIT client might be a bit slow, but it should work
Azure, our cloud provider is currently facing large-scale issues with their networking, affecting TARGIT - We hope this will be resolved quickly. We're awaiting a solution from Microsoft.
It looks like Azure CDN is stable now. Incident closed.
Azure CDN are still having intermittent issues. Our advice is to try again after a few minutes.
Azure CDN seems to be working again. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Microsoft Azure has issues with they CDN network. This directly affects us as the Windows Client cannot start up. We are investigating possible workarounds.
